Location: Telford | Job Type: Permanent | Working Pattern: Hybrid  2 to 3 days in the office
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience

About Our Client

Our client is an established occupational health provider supporting businesses to improve employee health, wellbeing and workplace safety. They deliver a wide range of services including management referrals, absence management, health surveillance, wellbeing assessments, mental health support and specialist screening.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join the team in Telford. This is a permanent hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home alongside 2–3 days in the office.

The role will involve:

• Occupational health assessments and case management
• Sickness absence and return-to-work support
• Health surveillance
• Clinical governance and quality assurance
• Providing support and guidance to the Occupational Health Technician team
• Fitness-for-work recommendations and workplace health advice
• Liaising with HR, managers and Health & Safety teams
• Maintaining high clinical and professional standards

About You

You will ideally have:

• An Occupational Health Diploma or Degree – essential
• Previous Occupational Health experience
• Strong case management experience
• Experience with health surveillance
• Understanding of clinical governance and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• The ability to support and advise junior/technical team members
• A professional, confidential and evidence-based approach
